Please return your purchase within seven working days of delivery in its original condition with proof of purchase. We regret we are unable to give refund or exchange on opened, used goods (for hygienic reason). Postage and packing is non-re-fundable. Required original retail price sales receipt. 20% re-stocking charge required. Koco Spa do not accept any COD postal for returning. Buyer absolutely fully responsible on returning products.
