GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE
All orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions. Any variation of these Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Koco Spa.
PAYMENT
Payment of the price of an order must be received by Koco Spa and cleared before delivery.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card and must process by Paypal, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your Goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
QUANTITY AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND GOODS
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in Koco Spa website.
SHIPPING POLICY
Goods will be dispatched within 72 hours and often on the day of placing the order. The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in the Buyers order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.
For an additional charge and upon request Koco Spa is also able to offer an international courier service for urgent orders. We only shipping order to everywhere in Canada & US only.
The standard rates of delivery are as follows:
Canada Post Standard Ground Shipping 3-14 business days, Signed for
$10 for orders less than $75
FREE for orders over $75
UPS Express Ground/ Air Shipping 1-7 business day, Signed for
$20 for orders less than $75
$30 for orders over $75
