Item to ship within continential US & Canada, we offer three methods to despatch:

Standard shipping: Usually takes up to 6 - 14 business days.
Provider: Canada Posts standard ground services.

Express shipping: Usually takes up to 3 - 14 business days. Extra shipping charge.
Provider: Canada Posts Expediate (3-7 Business Days)/ UPS or Fedex (3-7 Business Day)

Buyer may also provide your own couriers to pick up, MUST advice before complete sales. Wait until Koco Spa send you the approval and available pick up date.

Any order included consumption item may only ship by Canada Post to USA only.
Above services based on the destinations and provider services. Buyer responsible on all shipping/ duties/ import taxes charges.
Delivery
Our goal is to minimise the social impact of the company's activities and avoid damage to the environment through regular reviews of the business. We use recycled corrugated box, recycled packing materials or any other way to ship securely.
Local delivery for wholesale orders
We can provide Free wholesales delivery within GTA area in Toronto, will discuss by contact.
Back Orders/Out of Stock
If some of the items in your order are temporarily 'Out of Stock', we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer "Back Orders" for products that are not available at the time your order is placed. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at onlineorder@kocospa.com.
Tracking Your Order
When you place an order with kocospa.com, we will send you an immediate e-mail confirmation containing your Order Number.You can use this Order Number when you email our Online Orders Department at onlineorder@kocospa.com, if you have any questions about your order. You can track your order on My Account on Track Order. Once your oder shows a "shipped" status, you can expect your order within 14 business days unless Express Shipping was paid for.
